Quantitative Molecular Imaging
TheraPET4D® automates whole-body quantification of drug delivery, target binding and washout kinetics, providing comprehensive quantitative and accurate insights for novel biological therapeutics.
Overview
Quantifying whole-body drug binding and biodistribution in a mouse is a major challenge. TheraPET4D® overcomes this barrier through organ-specific digital twins and AI-driven analysis, enabling accurate and efficient quantification across the entire mouse body.
Quantitative Image Analysis
Our proprietary quantitative workflow incorporates Q-factor correction, a calibration method developed to ensure accurate PET quantification across the entire body. By compensating for differences in scanner sensitivity derived from organ location within the scanner, it provides more reliable and reproducible measurements of radiotracer concentration. Combined with MRI/CT-guided organ segmentation, dynamic PET imaging and advanced kinetic modeling using blood-derived input functions, our methodology provides precise quantification of biological drug delivery, target engagement and washout, delivering a comprehensive assessment of drug pharmacokinetics and biodistribution in vivo.
What sets it apart
Whole-body imaging
Follow the drug throughout the entire organism instead of analyzing isolated tissue samples.
Longitudinal measurements
Monitor the same animal repeatedly over time, capturing dynamic biological changes.
Our proprietary quantification methodology
Highly accurate, longitudinal estimates of drug concentration in each organ and tissue, with precision comparable to ex vivo analysis.
Kinetic modeling
Extract kinetic parameters that reveal drug delivery, target binding and clearance over time, providing insights beyond conventional measurements.
